Lifestyle of Seeking God

World Trumpet Mission believes and is committed to the following core values:

 

• A Spirit-led lifestyle developed through regular worship, Bible reading, fasting, prayer, obeying Scriptures, and waiting upon God for “prophetic” insight in all matters.

• A lifestyle of integrity, both in public and private.

• A lifestyle that expresses God’s unconditional love in word and deed toward all His people.

• Building strong and fulfilling relationships as a priority in carrying out the work of ministry.

• The importance and priority of the local church in God’s plan, as well as the universal oneness of the global church of Christ.

• The importance and priority of the family in fulfilling God’s plan for all humanity.

• The imminent return of our Lord Jesus Christ — we are therefore committed to work in the most time-effective and efficient ways, warning all peoples, ministering to all, and in all ways, until the day of His appearing.

 

In being called to a lifestyle set apart for the purposes of God we have been given key elements to help and equip us to walk and live this lifestyle.

 

The three foundations of this life are:

 

1. My life is not my own

2. I live for the purposes of God alone

3. I submit to the law of love

Seven essential elements of this lifestyle are:

 

1. Foundation of the Word – a life given to the Word of God

2. A lifestyle of praise and worship

3. Prayer that is led by God’s Spirit

4. Prophetic insight

5. Subduing the flesh

6. Spying on the enemy

7. Assigning purpose to time
